For the Veggie Sauté
1 zucchini, sliced
8 asparagus spears, trimmed
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup feta cheese cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Corn Rice
2 cups cooked white rice
¼ cup sweet corn
1 tsp butter
Pinch of salt
